Pixelized Echo LLC provides this page so LOCKED//IN users and website visitors can understand and exercise applicable privacy choices.

LOCKED//IN does not require users to create a personal account.

Players may choose a username or display name for leaderboard purposes.

1. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, applicable law, and how you use LOCKED//IN, you may be able to request:

access to personal information associated with you;
correction of inaccurate information;
deletion of certain information;
deletion or anonymization of a leaderboard username where reasonably identifiable;
a copy of certain information;
withdrawal of consent;
restriction or objection to certain processing;
opt-out from targeted advertising;
opt-out from certain sale or sharing;
changes to cookie preferences;
removal from marketing communications; or
an appeal of certain privacy decisions.

2. Leaderboard Username and Data Requests

LOCKED//IN does not create a traditional user account.

If you would like to request removal or anonymization of a leaderboard username or associated information that Pixelized Echo can reasonably identify, contact:

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Advertising Choices

Depending on your device, location, platform, consent status, and applicable law, you may be able to manage advertising choices through:

LOCKED//IN's privacy or consent interface;
Apple device privacy settings;
Apple's App Tracking Transparency settings;
Google advertising or privacy settings; or
other privacy controls provided by your device.

Declining personalized advertising should not prevent ordinary LOCKED//IN gameplay.

5. Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising

Pixelized Echo does not sell personal information for money.

Certain advertising activities may nevertheless be legally defined as:
